hi, seems both car parks are broken? like some props are missing? please fix, i like these versions better than 'elvis' version.

Sort of breaks the terrain around it and doesn't get road access unless the very middle of the asset is ontop of the road.

Thank you for this asset dude, but I'm sorry...it doesn't really work I'm afraid. It messes up the terrain too badly. Tried different methods to make it fit and I couldn't =( but keep up the good work!

At first glance this looks great but when you place it it's lumpy and doesn't fit well, with tearing in the landscape that allows you to see the underground part. It also entirely breaks the grid it's placed on. I believe the reason for all this is because the connecting road is out of alignment with the with the asset itself, causing the road its connected on to buckle. This in turn causes the tearing and the broken grid. The asset looks great so if you can fix the road alignment (it's on an upward pointing angle) it should fix all the secondary issues.

I think it is useful when I build this symmetric to the artery road.

2 questions.

1. When I try to set it up beside a large road while its planned construction site is 8*8 space, I couldn't build it without Network Anarchy. Does it *need* Network Anarchy?
2. Construction panel says that it can get 450 guests. Is this the number of parkable cars?

My bad. This asset seems to add two objects. One is the parking lot itself and the other one is a prop (SprIP). If the prop asset is deactivated (which happend in my case somehow) the described issue occours. Something that could be overseen especially as the naming of the prop differs form the asset.

I can confirm that even without any mod this asset just creates a big hole and many of the surface props doesn't show up. Asset has been removed and reassinged. No changes in behaviour. Is it possible that one DLC is missing?

I have an issue with this parking lot. Terrain is flat as it could be but each time I place the lot the terrain will be lowered to the lowest road. I have similar mods but nothing unusal. Does anybody has similar experiences or has a tip how to solve it? BTW: same happens to the other asset with small roads.

@cwburns you could just use rico revisited or realisitic pop to change the asset to have zero visitors if you want to get rid of the,

Is there by any chance a non-visitor version? Aka 0 visitor capacity? These are beautiful and I'd rather use them just as parking as opposed to an attraction/park as these currently attract visitors.

If you use TMPE and turn on Advanced Parking option, you can see which buildings are asking for parking spaces and which are set on parking. THis building is almost always bright red, meaning it wants parking spaces because people are trying to go here as a "park" to "visit".

I still use the asset (and the smaller version) regardless because they are really beautiful and even though it doesn't have parking spaces cars and bikes still drive underneath to "visit" this asset but would be awesome to have this as just a parking lot option. Several parking lots on the workshop that have 0 visitor capacity but plenty of parking spaces but nothing as beautiful as these spiral underground parking lots.

I come to the conclusion when I used a railway station from workshop and blue roads happened and creator said that it's not his asset I did some elimination and found a mod causes it and the assets where only triggers and bit the cause

I fixed road turning blue issue it was a conflicting mod it was just this asset that triggered it not caused it. Removed mod asset works fine

@Horemvore : All the props used are included in the official vanilla game and its free dlc so you don't need anymore prop for this asset !!!
The wall and the floor are not prop they are part of the building i've created. Try to unsubscribe and suscribe again.

Broken as FK, missing untold amount of props (like the walls and floor to name a couple) appears liek a whole in the ground with a spiral top, no walls and floating props. Learn to list the props as REQUIREMENTS.

@Dinek05 : Here your road is curved so you'll need road anarchy to place it or you'll need to place the mod at road's end and continue the road after placing it

It's a great asset, but I'm wondering why the feeder road is so long? When I place the asset I get the condition shown in the screen shot and then have to move it back so I can make the connection?
