this mod needs updated. it just crashes my game, and when it does work in the inventory, every word shakes/stutters

Hi ! I love your mod but I suspect it causes a crash whenever I try to descend to level 2 of the caves (the one with the lakes).

I'm not sure if I can provide a log because the game just stops working without indicating a mod crash

You can recreate it any given time by trying to descend to the caves. The save however is NOT RECOVERABLE as far as I know.

Tea while in bottle has discription of how much hp/hunger/sanity it restores. Other effects you should find out by yourself.
Glass bottle has little uses because it's cheap lol.
All the bottles have little uses I know that's a little odd/unrealistic, but this is because of balance, you can the tune durability in the config thou.
Kettle doesn't warm you up. This is because tea mechanics are already very complex. I don't want to add temperature to it. Also if you use campfire you will already be warm.
There are cold and hot bottles that affect your temperature thou.

only i have a suggestion, from even the old version, glass bottle should have X2 or X3 uses compared to actual. Also, in this page you should add the effect of the kynds of tee, but aparently works becose i drink some in creators mode and looks to rise health and sanity in some cases. Kettles is a little complex to use, but wth use becose easy.
another task for the palyer is great. Does drink from the kittle should warm you, for example in winter?

i had a crash making a filter or catchers crash (sothing didnt happens on old mod) on ROG only (sw installed no ham becose other mods have some issues) some screens https://imgur.com/mMw8yZL and https://imgur.com/Bqsma30 . same config with old mod works fine

hi, i loved the original thist mod. i would like you add one of 2 things please becose the old buckets mod never worked well. that buckets can stop fire ignition in summer and fire, or get ice fron a refrigerator (the second one is even more interesting to me becose you could not only stop fire ignition, you get ice) good work

I start a new game with Rog and no compatibility with either Hamlet or Shipwrecked.
Then I enable creative mode and try to craft green tablets. I tried crafting water catcher and kettle with the same result. No other mod enabled.

Bottles? Kettle? Tea tablets? Water catchers?
Enabled DLCs?
Current world hamlet, rog, sw?

I've published an update, I hope that works.
I don't know exectly how to fix the problem, you see: game crashes because of plantable something in tea tablets, but tea tablets are not plantable.

I don't mind the cold fires so much as the fact that they're all there is to summer and it's otherwise just the same as winter, just in reverse. The fact that this would make it harder to die by overheating on its own (since you cool off by sweating) but said overheating would lead to dehydration, makes it much more interesting. (and probably a more realistic portrayal of what death by overheating would look like) It'd then become not just about staying cool, but staying hydrated, which gives summer more of its own survival theme, and a very fitting one at that. I'd even consider having the rate at which thirst drains increase as your body temperature reaches the higher levels, even if it's not quite to the level of overheating yet.

I'd consider having things like streams start to freeze as well, but only in the absolute coldest periods of winter when things are at their worst. Same thing with summer, but I'd have the stream gradually start give less water and start to dry out.

I didn't like how the summer was executed by klei, especially those cold fires, makes zero sense WTF are those for real.

Seasons partially affect water sources. Water catchers break fast under rain. Ponds freeze in winter, but you can always get water from snowy ground. Water streams comletly unaffected.

Ah, well, I'm very interested to try this out. Once I get my game relatively stable and playable I'll try a run with this mod enabled. It looks like it adds a nice bit of depth, something new to consider in terms of resources when building a base, and a little bit more of that survival.

I'm especially interested in the bit about summer, with enough heat causing you to lose hydration, make you wet, and lower your temperature. The biggest complaint I see regarding summer is how it isn't unique compared to Winter. The DST version of Summer in my opinion, adds enough features to make it more distinct but single-player is still basically "winter but with heat instead and random fires"

I'm curious if water sources will dry up/become less efficent during the summer, or freeze up during the winter, or overflow/become more effect during the Spring? That kind of thing? There's a lot of cool stuff you could do with this simple mechanic.

Typically, this is why most mods put their items in the vanilla crafting tabs. If the pics you spent working on go unused, then so be it; It's better than the game being unplayable.

Klei keeps fucking my mods every random time with code changes

They do not care how much mods they break, if they add-in new shit w/o leaving simple fixes so game doesn't crash with old mods.

Game crashes because my tab priority is nil.
For Klei to fix ALL THE OLD MODS WITH SUCH PROBLEM THEY NEED TO ADD Literally THEY NEED TO ADD 4 SYMBOLS TO FIX

But this is not the only problem!

They made it ALL crafting tabs MUST USE INGAME TEXTURES. Thus my custom tab is invisible. You simply can not access it!

And I can not alter it! The icon selection is hardcoded and IS A LOCAL THING, I can not even access or hack into it!

I don't even know if they alter it another time in a week and I will have to rework hacks and fixes again.
