@LonePhantom756 If you see a large ERROR like that it means its either broken/something is wrong or your SFM isn't reading the model correctly.
try and follow some basic Youtube tutorials before using Workshop models, i would practice on the built-in models from HL2 or TF2 first. then once you get it learn how ERRORS are created, What type of ERROR is it displaying in console, and how to fix them.

I kept getting an error "gadgethackwrench.mdl is not a .MDL format file!"
I tried decompiling it in Crowbar to see what the problem was, and got this:
File does not have expected MDL header ID (first 4 bytes of file) of 'IDST' or 'MDLZ' (without quotes). MDL file is not a GoldSource- or Source-engine MDL file.[/noparse']
