When I wish for "allograph" I just get a randomly generated book. No "write" option shows up when selecting it in my inventory as it doesn't seem to recognize the mod. Any help would be appreciated, I'd really like to use this mod!

Touched it up for 1.0, it should work now.
You'll also be able to turn extra allographs in to Sheba soon, probably next week when the game patches.

Awesome! Now, when I fall in love with dreamy hindren Warden Syq Ikas because of Sifrah, I can reflect that in his description!

More seriously (not that that wasn't serious up until that character bit it to a dawnglider), I am very excited to be able to populate the world with an individual character's interpretation of things! If I knew how to mod (and I do intend to learn!) I'd want to make a sort of wandering Poet calling who starts with an Allograph so you can go around writing Artless Beauty-style poetry about everything you see (until it slays you).

Hm... +2 Ego, Berate, Customs & Folklore, Trash Divining... Bonus rep with Villages and Flowers, negative rep with Arconauts? Something like that? This is just me rambling, but it's probably relevantly positive that the very idea of the mod makes me want to play a character themed around the mod haha.

If I had the time, I think there's an opportunity to bring some AI into the mix to generate unique descriptions for legendary npcs and other flavor in general using this mod as the basis

Doesn't run on Beta 2.0.205.53, it just throws the error that @Etriam is having when you try to enable it.

I'm sure it's obvious but I'm really struggling to make text coloured, for example the hologram shader: b-B-C-c , does anyone have an example text of how I would implement this?

Hello!

Trying to use &WDeon or &amp;WDeon sadly writes the text itself, not the color. Could you give some advice or an example of a working colored description please?

Yap, no problem with adding any of my mods mid-game.
Since zones are built when you visit 'em, chest contents're also rolled at that point so shouldn't be any trouble finding one. More than usual anyway.

I found that this mod seems to conflict in some ways with CoQ Expanded? Somehow, paired with this, causes Recur to stop functioning.

Yah that was an issue introduced in patch 172, Allography was unaffected howe'er. Posted some tips for 'em on how to get slimes working again.

Not sure what this means, but the playable slime mod's dev found this while troubleshooting a crash i was getting. Pretty sure it's not what's causing the crash, but i'd better put it here anyway since they told me to.

"ERROR: 1(44,20) : error 1501: No overload for method `RegisterPartEvent' takes `3' arguments"

Game's mod manager doesn't like the : character in the title on windows, posted a thread in the forums.
For now, could disable Options->Modding->Require approval n' restart your game, that'll blanket load everything.

Getting a weird bug. I'm subscribed to your mod, but when I go to approve it in the Mod Approval screen, I can't approve yours. Clicking on it will bring up the Approve/Don't Approve selection, but neither option gets it to function.

S' individuals only right now. I'd have to do some testing to see if the latter's even feasible, but my hip-shot'd say it isn't since game object factory blueprints're not persisted to your save file.

Does this *only* affect individual characters, or can you select an option to change the description of all members of that exact race + faction combination? Say I want to label all generic Snapjaw rocketeers as "blasted assholes", is that doable?
