Arakar, I am currently trying to modify the flag of the Imp-fed for my own mod, How do I set the Windsor flag as the current flag for Monarchist imp-fed?

@Alpharius, essentially yes. An imperial federation would surely have 'cored' the entirety of the empire, and would have allowed for the recruitment of all citizens across the empire. I added the cores to create this reality.

Hey. First time playing the mod (Facist path). Just completed the federation focus and it gave me cores on every state (542M pop, 25M Manpower). Is this a side effect of using this mod to your knowledge?

@Confederate_Exiled The federation works just like it does with the dlc: you've just got to do the imperial conference focus, then the conference decisions, and then do the federation focus.

Can you make it so your subjects don't have to be Integrated Puppets (for people like me who don't have TfV)?
