No, this doesn't.

You still need either Twinks Playable Fallen Empire, Twinks Playable Fallen Machine Empires, Twinks Eternal Empire or Playable Fallens ALT, as these mods allow you to play as Fallen Empire.

This mod is simply a graphical mod.

I'm confused? Does this turn me into a Fallen Empire with all the power i just can't expand/whatever until a specific time? Do I need Twinks Fallen Empire to use it?

Hey! Found a possible bug in your mod. When playing with Playable Fallens ALT mod, your event file gives wrong modifier.

add_modifier = {
modifier = pfa_3_year_setup_mod (there should be 5 year)
days = 1080
}
After I changed it, everything was working fine for me, maybe consider changing it. Sorry If my request sounds as demanding. Great mod btw.

Well I did include that inside, as I work on this mod a long time ago, you can use them and they'll have their own models

Could I make a request? Would you be willing to add support for the Zenith of Fallen Empires shipsets, too? I've always liked how they're similar to the regular Fallen Empire ships but colored differently. I would like to use those shipsets as an actual Fallen Empire.

Just so you know, Twink's Playable Fallen Empires was split from the Eternal Empires a while back, and the files have since been updated. Does this still work with the 'new' Twink's Playable Fallen Empires?

So your mod allows me to bypass that limit and use anything when playing as a Fallen Empire with Twink's mod?

In Twinks Fallen Empire mod, you can play as Fallen Empire, however he advice you to use vanilla fallen empire shipsets to play, as fallen empire ships and stations are available only to fallen empire shipsets.

Sorry your description was a little confusing for me, what (in simplest terms) does this mod do?
