Has anyone figured out by now why you have the units but can't build with them? It seems to be working for some people.

Doesn’t work for me, can’t launch a game with it.
Maybe it requires any expansion ? Else, a mod collide maybe…
Or just not up to date. Anyway, I’m very sad ! ^^ Looks amazing.

It would be very cool if this were updated because this mod is awesome and reflective of the real world. Civ 6 needs this mod. Please please please with a cherry on top.

Would be nice if I could terraform territory outside of my borders, so that I could settle inside massive mountain ranges, or out in the deep blue sea(after building up the land)(Though building a harbor might be tricky if it can't be built on ocean tiles).

Nice idea, but since there will be no way to solve the graphic issue, it would be better to just let the mountain tile passable, graphically the same as mountain, but passable maybe even workable with some specific improvements. Of course if it's possible adding a road graphic to the mountain tile would be perfect.
