Yeah, you need to have SuperGriding enabled for the cockpit seat to show up.

There is no seat in the cockpit, is this due to me not having supergrids enabled?

i hope to see a vanilla version. i tried by myself but it spend a loot of energy with the thrusters (if you use only atmospherics)
