If this isn't working for you, I just tried an old one (2018) "Fix Illegal Buy" at https://www.nexusmods.com/x4foundations/mods/71 and it worked for me with 3.10 HF1 and Split DLC installed.

Do people not know about the Container Storage inside the room with the Boron at your main base? You can offload the 'illegally marked' items by simply teleporting there and dropping them off

@Restello: The Hatikvah Free League has a dealer on the trading post in Silent Witness. He buys illegal items. The reputation was always too low (even with 21). Now it's working.

@Restello Yes, this mod does not change that, one must still unlock a black market dealer before selling the illegal items. I considered making it so that random traders would also buy the illegal wares, but figured that would make it too easy IMO

Just to clarify, selling these objects still requires one to do a quest to obtain access to a black market dealer?

True, there are a couple of places where one can possibly sell them (havent found them myself, so thanks for the info!), this just makes it a bit more convenient for anyone who may want to get rid of their illicit wares quickly

You can sell them at the port stores on the pirate/free trader stations in Silent Witness IX
