damn
Yeah I remember going by every submarine when adding it to the servers, or channeling feedback given by community members in our surveys. It was pretty doable and fun to check them because supply wasn't that high in legacy. The supply of custom submarines is huge at the moment!
I have changed the voting system since Steam release as the last survey did not meet the expected votes. It also became quite a hassle to check through a list of around 70 submarines.
Right now I won't thoroughly check submarines before adding them to a voting anymore, as votings are done in Discord now. It's better because multiple people check the submarines before they end up on the servers, instead of only me. If anything comes across, I still make sure feedback ends up at the creator. It's more focused on getting new submarines on the servers in a shorter amount of time, at the same time voted by the community itself.
Landon I'm glad Capelin survived the first purge - was on your server just a couple days ago. Great seeing you bringing the voting system back from the legacy days. I remember my very first (terrible) legacy sub getting some helpful written feedback from that original survey.
Would like to inform you that the Capelin MkV has been voted for by our community to remain on our servers, which are the BT Public 24/7 servers . Your sub was part of the first 'unvoted' batch of submarines, added to our list shortly after Steam release. Therefore, if you visited our servers, you may have seen your submarine on it for a while already.
Recently we held a voting to make sure all subs are accepted by the community. The Capelin MkV passed this and will remain on our servers!
