Hi Dakka - this is a great mod thank you. I really enjoy very specific balance modification mods like yours that allow for minor changes with significant impact.

I just jumped in to check, but this mod still seems to work, doesn't report an error during loading and the giant crock at the least has lowered HP.

At the start we were just 2, now we are a group of four; i wonder if i take off the mod, will it corrupt my save or we can play like nothing happened? ; Thx in advance for your help :DemonFireOrb:

Just found the GiantCrocodile and i can confirm the HP is correct. the Mod is still working

Does this mod cover the monsters with 3 skulls in the siptah map? I think the 2 of us with 2 thralls used to be able to take these guys and now they kill all 4 of us in no time flat.

Anyone?

broken for me for 2.2 (6.Jan 2021), no boss monsters spawn anymore? After removal of this mod, all boss monsters are there again

@drhead row number changed by funcom, which threw that out of wack. They also reduced the boss from 36k to 5k. So I have totally removed that one from my list so it should never happen again.

All new monsters have been added and mod is updated to latest devkit. Let me know if it doesn't work right.

NOTE: I dont play anymore, so i am just updating these cause I remember how annoying it was when i started this game and lost a mod like this. But it also means less testing by me. So feel free to give me a heads up for possible issues.

Could you check over the Sunken City bosses? Not 100% sure it's this mod doing it, but the first fishman enemy has over 1 million health...

So according to the mod description, bosses with lets say 8000 hp are now much more powerful than the previously superiour bosses with >10k hp? seems like this could break the balance. or did i missunderstand?

thanks for making this - i have to start a new game but now managed to get the game working again on my computer, and i never was able to do much damage to the large scorpions or crocs, even with thralls before :)

This MOD should be mandatory if Funcom or whomever wants to claim this can be a single player game. Way to go on your first Mod.

New warmaker bosses added, as well as any mobs over 5k health. I made the HP more progressive as the bosses get harder, so those at the lower end only get lowered a little. Check the new table in the images section to get an idea.

We stopped using this as of yesterday as well and used thralls plus the mods as well. Thanks anyways. We will still use this however when we start over however.

@Keg, I am just a beginner at modding so adding in something like a slider is way beyond me. I did ask an experienced modder and they had no idea how to do it either. They said it may not be possible with this devkit.

Once you hit lv 60 with decent gear, this mod is not really needed. Also you could install a leveling mod that allows you more attributes to make yourself more powerful and remove this mod.

I did that myself with my gf. Game got too easy, so we stopped using these kinds of mods and used traps/thralls/pickup+ etc.

@Reaper Should be. I am yet to add the new boss, I will try and get to that soon. Mod should still work in the mean time though, just no new bosses added to the list yet.

Wanted to tell you thanks for this. I agree with Calyntral though. This seems to make it a tad TOO easy for my wife and I. Granted we are high lvl. Any chance to add a slider for boss or.....anything? Hell even just adjust their health 1/2 and a 1/3 instead of 3/4. Thanks again for keeping these mods alive!

Added Dagon_WorshipperBoss2 - was 36k is now 12k. He is counted as a thrall not a Monster, so missed him last update.

@Calyntral - It may be possible to add, but way above my skill set. There are the normal enemy multiplier in game admin panel, but that does all enemies not just bosses. So I assume u mean just for the list I already have. I am very new to modding and I can only do the most basic of stuff...sorry.

Any way to add a server setting that acts as a boss HP multiplier? 1.0 being equal to vanilla. Not as easy as modifying a static HP table perhaps. However it would allow folks to tune their boss fights to the level of difficulty they find fun and the number of players. Without the dev kit up, I am not sure if there is "Spawn Boss" code that can be hooked or modified. What I am suggesting may not even be possible.

At some point scaling by number of players could be interesting, but I personally would start simple. And if a boss HP multiplier isn't an option, well even just updating the static hp, as you are currently doing, is super helpful. Appreciate your work.

Once you get to max level with best gear and best thralls, even vanilla game becomes relatively easy. So this is more for just cutting down the length of time needed to kill big bosses. Its more for people that don't want to spend so much time killing a boss.

You can still die if you are careless. But yea I do agree its not a perfect solution for everyone.

I will try and keep things updated as time goes by. I stopped playing for now, but I will keep my mods updated as needed.

By far the best HP mod on the workshop. I hope it stays updated through the year 2 dlc :)

The only issue with it seems to be that pets and thralls can now sometimes be stronger than bosses. I'm not sure what the best way to fix this would be. Maybe increasing the boss healths to start at a minimum of 7000 at the weakest and a maximum of 20,000 at the strongest.

Mod updated with most recent devkit and any new bosses over 10k HP have been added. New image of all monster+health above.

I have also corrected the Rocknose Boss' HP, as it was zero (funcom error). I did report this a while ago, but since they haven't fixed it yet I decided to just add it in.

@kz - sorry mate didn't realise a thrall would be counted as an NPC/Monster. I'll made you a mod with double HP for all monsters. If thats not enough I can make it as high as you like. Here it is:

The only way to kill my bodyguard is to set the NPC Damage multiplier 10 and whoever attacks first will win.

My server has NPC Damage Taken multipllier 0.5, Player Damage Taken multipllier 4.0, but this only increases the difficulty of the game before owning slaves, since any changes to the value of the NPC will also affect your own slaves So no matter how you adjust the values, a high HP slave with a two-handed sword can still kill any BOSS. I tried to set NPC Damage Taken Multiplier 0.1, my slave lost almost nothing HP killed the Dragon.

This is an amazing mod.

I apologize in advance if it isn't appropriate but I started a server using this mod for solo players and very small groups, I've yet to see another server using a mod like this. Join discord for the very short list of rules and server info. A little but about the server goes as follows:

@kz forgot to mention, you know you can increase the difficulty by adjusting the settings. This is probably better than using a mod since it makes the whole game harder. Below are suggested for twice as hard as barbaric...

Server Settings >> Combat >> NPC Damage Taken Multiplier >> 0.5

If you want it 3 times harder (use 0.3 etc, default is 1.0).

You can also adjust other settings like how much a monster does damage:

Server Settings >> Combat >> NPC Damage Multiplier >> 3.0

Note this setting is also adjusted via the difficulty, barbaric is 2.0 for example, where as civilised is 0.5. So 3.0 would be 1 more difficulty higher than barbaric.

If you hover over each setting it tells you what it does. Way better to adjust these then mess with a mod for it.

Could you make a mod that doubles or triple all boss base HP? We wanted a challenge, now a 7400hp slave can kill 80,000 HP boss, I just need to watch the show, it's Boring

@Szlaanesh - I don't think so. I don't touch any of the bosses as far as I can tell. Only the ones in my table above are modified. The rest are left untouched.

Is it possible that this mod may have caused the trash mobs in the Midnight Grove (i think thats the name) to now have MORE HP? The animals in there are topping out at 28K health now, whereas Im reading people seeing videos of runs where the mobs have a more solo friendly amount of health when un-modded. (I have a bunch of mods running so I'm checking them all)
