can you make a mod that district costs scale with number of built rather than tech with an customizable option (multiply value to set) when starting new game.

has this been updated? I get pretty consistent crashes with this mod enabled, but i'd really like to noodle around without scaling activated

Should be really simple to make sure the Consulate is included and the Government District changes are compatible when the time comes.

It adds the Consulate and revamps the Government Plaza. It's basically an expansion-sized mod but It'll be a while before it's updated, something about the creation kit or something is preventing him from doing anything currently.

Oh I didn't take a look at that one, sorry. However, it should work just fine with all the resources in the vanilla game based on these other mods I've seen. It won't effect modded or expansion resources.

Created a collection with various unit cost removal components. None of them have balance changes, so they are all the cost of the first such unit you would buy or build.

I don't use that one but I can take a look. Whenever I tried it out, the missionary and apostle spam from AI went so far off the charts as to be very 'un-fun.' I'll likely split it into two to separate builders from the religious units.
