You must unsubscribe to what ever you downloaded. Then go launch Scribblenauts Unlimited. Press 'tab' and 'shift' at the same time to bring up the Steam overlay. Afterwards go to the workshop and resubscribe to the items you want.

You can't download items out of the game with Scribblenauts.
