Maybe add, say, Wait, What? or something just to compensate for isaac's tears. Other than that, a great mod!

Was kinda hoping he'd be an interesting character but with how SLOW isaac's tears charges, it's really not fun. Apollyon is better as an active item character and I find almost nothing good about him.

cool, seems similar to an idea for a character i had that was based around cards with the current card held gives a special effect while held and some could be consumed for permanent bonuses

Certainly a really neat concept, I'm finding the early game a bit slow at the moment, but this is really promising!
