последний раз когда была такая ошибка они изменили имя иконки.

Генератор вроде как работает (правда пришлось разобрать и заново заложить\сварить уже существующие).
предлагай свои варианты.

Missile/Gatling turrets and Gatling cannons with improved range/accuracy.
Reactors with improved output/fuel usage.
Thrusters with improved thrust to power ratio.
Tiered wind generators (similar to the solar panels)
Wheels with improved toughness and power.
Lights/Spotlights with improved range.
Antennas with improved range to power ratio.

Unless you know how to add an automatic throttle mechanic to the engine I wouldn't worry about it, this is a Keen issue. Keen added some nice things to the survival overhaul, but the also made several mistakes; especially with thermal mechanics in a vacuum.

What shows improved fuel efficiency is not fuel production to capacity multiplier but fuel consumption to energy production. Since consumption stays the same (1m3/s) but power output increases (10 - 20 - 40 - 80 MW), fuel efficiency is improved as it takes less fuel to produce the same energy output. Unfortunately there is no throttle mechanics in the Hydrogen Combustion Engine so if you're not using the full energy output, there is energy waste and the fuel burned to produce the energy that is not used is also wasted.
