how to replace any model

load a new model and drag that onto engineer1 in the left window. You should see a lock next to the new model. Select the new model and drag its "zero" slider all the way to the right. This will look *TERRIBLE* but it's funny as hell. I can upload some examples.

How do I replace the engineer with another model that has the same pose as the engineer?

First you need to subscribe to it, and make sure to restart sfm if you already have it open. The next time you launch sfm you should see a pop-up window that says something like "nope.avi session template downloaded." Go to file, select open, and this will open your sessions folder. From there you can select "nopetemplate.dmx" Open that up and you should be all set. :)
