No, this only shows group members.
Only the player who wants to use the mod needs to have it installed.
The reason they disappear is because the mod is checking all the units in your group, once a unit dies they become civilians are are removed from the group. That is apart of the engine and not the mod, I can't do anything to stop that from happening.
AI is all handled by ACE, this mod doesn't do anything with the AI
I can add blood loss to the blood pressure tooltip for you.
I've tried to not make the mod too 'easy', allowing the medic to use the blood pressure to determine the blood loss.
with all this in mind, it would be much better to see blood loss instead of blood preasher. as of now blood presher dose not repersent the 2 main things peaple really have to keep an eye on in the medical menu
In answer to your question, blood pressure should be the other way around, ie the larger number (systolic) first, followed by the smaller number (diastolic).
A fix is being uploading right now

I don't have to original biprivate key so the mod has been resigned with a new key, server owners will have to add the new key to their servers for player to be able to join with the mod enabled.

There is a key bind for the tablet now, by default its SHIFT NUMPAD 5
The type of wounds is a bit to much information I feel for the mod/system, this is just meant to be an easy way to see what units are injured and who needs to be dealt with first.
I've changed the mod so you can run & move when the menu is open. Just FYI scrolling will still scroll the action menu so be careful with that. There isn't a way I can fix that issue.

I've finally gotten around to updating the mod here's what I've changed,

I've updated it so it works on the latest ACE version, aka after the medical rewrite update.
The blood pressure is shown in the way it is received from ACE if its the wrong way around let me know and I can flip it.
I've added a beep which should play when one of your units changes states, it will beep between state changes if they are worse then their current state. E.g Stable -> Serious will beep, but Serious -> Stable won't
Regarding the EKG, I originally wanted to do something similar to that but after tinkering around with Arma I've decided that it would be too much trouble to implement is a working and usable manner. As a compromise I came up with the current BPM idea which I think still gets the point across in an easy and simple way.
That is most likely due to ACE changing how the blood pressure is stored.
If I find the time I will try to fix the issue.
Hopefully, if I get some free time to work on it and see what's broken.
