passive abilities/features:
-smaller detection radius
-naturally have a large movement/dash
-'blade storm ability but is able to also move 2-3 tiles to punch and go back again (susceptible to enemy overwatch)

glove properties can be adjusted on the fly for
-electrical
-corrosive
-incendiary
-frost

upgrades slots for
-critical
-1,2 or 3 hits
-%free attack

Awesome, would be cool if Jacui Brigg's 'tech gloves' were made available as a fist melee weapon as well

Not many that many melee characters in Xcom and they largely use swords, axes and knives/blades.

Would be cool to have abilities unique to fist characters:
-%counter a Muton's melee counter
-%counter a Berserker melee attack
-%counter a Viper's melee grab
-%counter a Lancer
-%counter a Chrisalid melee attack
-can melee several enemies that are adjacent to one another (like Akimbo Class pistol whip)
-'hit and run' attack an enemy, move and take full cover afterwards.
-'combo' - Like Reaper ability but instead stuns several enemies
-rope a dope - build up stamina to allow for a massive knock out punch that can kill or have the enemy stunned.
-knock an enemy back that it would damage any other enemies behind them.
-can charge up the glove
