Used for years without any issues... now a game crashed after 400 turns, when suddenly a world congress appeared out of nowhere.

This mod makes power lens disappear.

All this did for me was softlock the game after someone called a special session of world congress... I take it this mod either doesn't work anymore or only works in newly made games. :/

Does this mod still work? Because the World Congress sucks, I wish there was an opt-out system for it like in Stellaris.

Subscribed and installed this mod, my first game played with it enabled and I am still getting the damn congress.

World Congress in Civ6 is trash, just like 2k.

"Oh, you're slightly in the lead as the player? Time for every nation in the game to unanimously vote to ban your furs."

This is the second-most garbage concept in the game, trailing only barely behind spies.

I have to try this, WC literally stopped me from going to my next turn. F*cking disgracefully lazy work from the big boi developers again.

feb 24 2021 disabling world congress works but this mod disables power lense for some reason

Thank you for this. Having to suffer the "international community" shutting off my luxuries was beyond tolerable. Most of the other proposals were silly or trivial. Only the emergencies made any sense whatsoever.

World congress wrecked my game.

There is a bug in world congress where if there are no great people left then the congress is broken if they try to vote on it. But its a useless mechanism unless it is to stop a winning player or restrict some co2. But its just to much, one should need to spend diplomacy to make them meet in the first place and sponsor the bill for consideration. I dont know if the mod is working, I hope it will.

Is there a mod to modify what the normal World Congress voting questions are? Or even hold it into an Era. Because I was using a mod keep the max Era to the Renaissance Era and the World Congress kept going into questions from the later Eras, which didn't work or the mod I was using stop working for questions, but I cannot click next.

Asking for a promise sounds like begging. The only good thing in TWC is voting for myself to get that extra trade route. Had 4 at one point.

The World Congress is terrible, but I did like Emergencies. Is there no way to bring Emergencies back?
