On the stormfox addon itself there is a discussion thread by the author of the mod explaining how to add sf integration and what you can do.

There are no missing textures, you have game content (CS:S, EP2, or TF2) missing.

Mapping requires no coding, neither does putting AI nodes, you can use whichever tool you want in that case.

I could give the source files and you do the AI nodes, it's relatively easy

dam, This map would have been perfect, I was hoping it would so I could use this map for my dedicated server but I need ai nodes. oh well.
