@CrusaderLite just download. It's a small download. Takes about 5 seconds to download. It's not a huge map like Altis and it's not a small map like Utes. It's okay for like an insurgency type of mode.

Update: So, I've found a workaround that worked for me . I set the visibility settings to standard, as Michael suggested, and Gamma and Brightness to 1.0 each.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, your suggestion doesn't change the outcome for me. The map loads, but virtually the first time I move the camera the game crashes to desktop. A specific error message is not given in Windows, only the non-descript "has encountered a problem and needs to be shut down".

The only non-official mods used were this map and its dependencies (i.e. CUP).

The .rpt contains only a single line pertaining to an error:

Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION at 6F5A7473

It seems that the crashes are caused by the terrain and objects settings. Set both setting to standard and the map should work pretty well.

The instability oft this map leaving it basically unplaiyable is a pity. It could be one of the best user-created islands out there. The attention to detail is amazing.

Sorry red what i really mean (its a touchy subject) is that when any army is in a civilian area there will be collateral, none of it should ever of happened in the first place and i place the blame solely on the english government at the time, soldiers were doing there job and sometimes mistakes happen, however there were bad people on every side which will have more of a light shone on them than all those that do good.
I have massive respect though for all the soldiers that do their job properly, anyone in ireland during the troubles were put in an extremely chaotic situation, i just hope that with all thats going on at the minute, we dont go back in time. Violence is never the answer :) too much support for certain paramilitary groups on both sides are growing now

Yokel : I get what you are saying, but the fact is all wars have civilian casualties, During the troubles the cowardly IRA shooters used to mix in with the local population just like in Bloody Sunday.
Now, me personally if I was getting shot at whilst at a "Peaceful riot" I would return fire if I could see the shooter (and yes the Para's did say they could see the shooters)

@red66, It is surprising but personally, i think the excuse of the army coming in and shooting civilians was enough, not saying its the armies fault as it was the orders given. Also ireland didn't want to win the eurovision cause we're poor and couldn't host it

The british government was attempting a genocide of catholics in ireland for hundreds of years, and we still argue,fight, and place blame amongst our own people. You can not glorify the british army for keeping ireland safe, as they shot catholics and protestants alike for no reason which has now been proved so dont argue that fact, if you do not know what you're talking about then dont talk about it at all (a relative of mine, was 15 year old girl walking home from school and a british soldier shot her in the head, seeing that she was in her school uniform and was no threat to him or anyone, is that really the type of people you want to brand hero's?). that goes for everyone here supporting the IRA aswell as the army etc, none of them were good so dont make out your side was better because you're a biased POS.
