Open the COMMON / DEFINES folder and find the lines in 00_defines



MAX_ARMY_EXPERIENCE = 500, - the experience of the Max army, which the country can store

MAX_AIR_EXPERIENCE = 500, --Max air experience that a country can store



Set the values ​​you need. The authors of some mods do not bother, but simply write 9999.
