+On hit, fragments in all directions
+Fragments cause bleeding
+Crits spawn 2 extra fragments when valve fragment hits enemy (the valve at the top would blow off, and because the valve would break in half, 2 more frags would spawn)
-Can hurt self when it fragments
-If less than 2 fragments hit enemy, double damage to self

if it can't be crit boosted, these are the only stats that would actually take effect:

-15 maximum health bonus.
- Nuke is unstable and sensitive, and will detonate, killing the player and his teamates if he takes more than 260 damage within a single life

Troll pyro and scout, get scout to keep hitting pyro with pistol until low, then go back to cabinet and repeat until explosion. Rinse and repeat to successfully clear a server of people.

Pyro sticks it into the ground, lights it, blows up in his face, kills any nearby targets, pyro is fine but with a smoke covered face, recharges only upon SupplyCloset visit.

Taunt idea. The Pyro sticks it into the ground like a bottle rocket, lights a fuse, expecting it to fly off, only for it to explode.

A good idea for a taunt is the sets the weapon on the ground with propane up, messes with the nozzle, then takes a lighter and blows himself up.

I'm going to suggest some stats
50% more damage
On death: If weapon is equiped, it explodes
-30% weapon range
No random crits
Taunt: Pyro grabs a incinidary grenade and shouts his"MMM MMMPH!!!" while pulling the pin and KA - BOOM!!! This process should take 5 seconds
