It works with this mod alone.
I don't know about using both together, because I've never done it.
I think it can be done, but there may be some problems.

Does this require the original mod to function, or is this standalone? If it's the latter, can both be used together to have the blueprints in both locations?

This mod is better than the other one which has all material scattered around the world.
