I made sure to die close to camp to never loose one.
Never had any raiders at all, never built 2nd tent to initiate migration.
Glad to provide a save... But ... noob here... don't know how (Can it be done w/in steam?.. haven't figured it out.)

I still wonder how that Flint Spear got there.
Had you already encountered raiders? Did they flee?
As a current workaround it might help to set the limit of that item to 0 -> should stop him from getting that spear - however it arrived at the edge of the map.
Should we bother madruga with it? Weapons appearing at the edge of the map should not be a thing and could explain some AI trouble some people describe (people wandering to the edge of the map for no reason).
Could you provide your save? - If you are sure you did not die there and Connor dropped it...
Sad, because I really like the ultimate micromanagement that play mode entails, and wanted to push it further.
Today I thought it may have been particular to the version, so played the Challenging ver, and had immigration immediately (well, before first winter).
On the Non-challenge version, where I'm chasing tools, I've always played at the same location (nice lake?). I'll try another start location.
How do the tools get to the end of the map in the first place?
Appeared by magic? I have a guess about that, maybe it is related to raiders?
Might be something related to the base game. I remember a conversation about weapons appearing at the edge of the map instead of raiders or something.
There are currently no setters for game variables like the age of childs / adults / olds, max amount of different stats, incredients for buildings, damage per weapon,..... I'm still hoping for some more in depth modding possibility trough extendable libraries or more getters and setters for game core system attributes.
@Aralius: Had no luck with anything else than a radius. And no luck at all with walls.
You could build it ingame, get rid of some workers and material, save, use your savegame as start for the new scenario (limits the ability to provide different locations because new games will be started with the location from the savegame).
A coding question
For the [placement="StartLocationCircular" radius="0"] code when playing objects, is there an option that put's thing in a rectangle or square around something like a hearth? For instance I want to start a game that has a square of stone walls, basically a fort 30 away from the Hearth. Any idea on the StartLocation options that might allow me to do that?
While you are solo you can track him with the villages screen (6) but currently I have no good way to somehow highlight him when there are more people.
I could do something where he has unlimited respawns as long as he is alone. He would loose his respawn ability as long as there are more people than him in the settlement.

I think he died 3 times of old age and got born again as I played.
Can you confirm he doesn't respawn?

How much raiders came at once, max value?
You need 2 "tents"(built with sticks and dry skin) existing at the same time to trigger immigration.
2 Huts / 1 Tent + 1 Roundhouse etc. won't work.
There is 1 map with a chance to get at least a Menhir in hardcore but doesn’t look good for infinity game. Twisted rivers?
Maybe tower People Kill animals, i don't know :-/
Would the villagers garrison in the towers fire on the animals raid?
In hardcore, the raiders count is almost the same as the population, I guess; very disadvantaged to the human because the children can’t fight
I had 38 population and the raiders is 35 😜. First raid survived by with very high casualty. Very slow immigration and births went to low 30s population, then the raiders came back the next year with almost 35, the result almost good as dead. Then followed up by the more than 30 again, the result is complete annihilation!
"Highlander classic" is not ment for solo play.
Only Medium Highlander. As an experiment, as soon as it is ready, i will implement the "Stay Solo Option" into "Highlander classic"

Perhaps after he dies once by age after finishing Paleolithic, I might increamy pops to 2 tents/huts/roundhouses and see how many raiders can be tolerated.
Meanwhile building all structures as well as spiritual ones with few population is fun with a cute arrangements of things.
I have by far reached Neolithic with 1 Macleod dies of ages alone in every era. Bug 3 raiders is quite hard to contain if they arrive yearly.
