Hedrick House 28 Jan, 2023 @ 10:55am
Fingers crossed Mlie or someone saves this mod, it's rad.
Eshminima 9 Feb, 2022 @ 3:34am
I think they have abandoned the mod
Ranger Ridiculous 20 Jul, 2021 @ 2:21pm
Are there plans to update this to 1.3?
Lugaru 22 Dec, 2020 @ 6:06am
Maybe it could assign random colors to factions. Pink pirates are just as scary, but they would be coordinated.
Marvl101 21 Oct, 2020 @ 12:38am
Do you think you could add a version that doesn't add the new weapons?
Ohu  [author] 8 Sep, 2020 @ 9:45am
A faction has to be explicitly modded to use their own colors, and it has to have access to colorable apparel. This is still just a framework, not an actual content mod.
Hull City Fan 8 Sep, 2020 @ 6:55am
factions being ai factions of course
Hull City Fan 8 Sep, 2020 @ 6:54am
regarding earlier comments on this thread, do factions now have custom colours? cant seem to find a mod anywhere that distinguishes different factions in the KV faction control mod :(
BlueTressym 6 Aug, 2020 @ 1:40pm
*checks* All gone, thank you :)
Ohu  [author] 6 Aug, 2020 @ 1:15pm
I did. Preparing for 1.2. The errors should be gone now.
BlueTressym 6 Aug, 2020 @ 1:07pm
Hiya. Have you done a recent update? Only I'm suddenly getting a mass of errors that weren't there before: https://gist.github.com/feceb6f10e6a0b2d68e9d1c2e9c0e8ed
H11F 20 Jul, 2020 @ 9:13am
@Ohu
Noticed that this mod, along with Leather Armor, use the same defName - Apparel_LeatherArmor. I'm dropping the message on both mod pages.
Ohu  [author] 10 Jul, 2020 @ 4:24am
I'll to put them together later on.
bigd 9 Jul, 2020 @ 7:46pm
found it. They are under different tabs. is it possible to put them all under federation tab?
bigd 8 Jul, 2020 @ 3:09pm
I can build everything but for some reason storage and manage outfits section is missing certain items. Storage is missing Federation Marine helmet. Outfit tab is missing Federation equipment tab and certain things. It only has federation Marine armor, federation helmet, and Federation marine helmet.
Ohu  [author] 9 Jun, 2020 @ 9:39pm
I'm afraid it won't work on old saves. A component is created on world generation that currently won't be injected into an existing world. I'll take a look at it.

@MasterTurtle: Sounds like a bug, thanks for reporting it.
MasterTurtle 8 Jun, 2020 @ 3:45pm
I don't know if this is just me but I can't find either flak armors for assigning outfits to people. I do see the helmets and the marine armor in the in the outfit manager.
sex is scary 2 Jun, 2020 @ 7:29pm
does it work on old save?
Cross Eyed 26 May, 2020 @ 5:51pm
I can finally send out my massive armies of prisoners with appropriate color so they *don't* stab each other, and they will have better weapons none-the-less, thanks a bunch!
Scorchy 19 Apr, 2020 @ 7:37am
may you before ever blessed for updating this.
OttersHoldHands 16 Apr, 2020 @ 12:51am
I didn't know until now how much I needed this :O
Ohu  [author] 15 Apr, 2020 @ 11:07pm
Update for 1.1 is out!
Rokko 24 Mar, 2020 @ 10:24pm
waiting for 1.1 :)
Gunseeker 4 Mar, 2020 @ 3:11pm
could you please update this to 1.1?
Artfactial 2 Mar, 2020 @ 3:26am
This is so awesome and well executed.:)
Moraino 1 Nov, 2019 @ 8:45am
Looks like this mod has been abandoned
Pazik 1 Sep, 2019 @ 11:30am
+1 for standalone flags please
Aaronthelemon 26 Jul, 2019 @ 1:18pm
Can you release the custom flag/flag pole as a standalone mod?
ImperatorCaesar 14 Jun, 2019 @ 3:44pm
How does Federation armor compare to vanilla armor? Are the stats of the Fed flak uniform and helmet the same as the regular flak vest and advanced helmet?

P.S. Also couldn't help but notice the camo armor doesn't cover the arms or neck like the Federation uniform does. Don't know if that was intentional, but I'm pointing it out just in case it wasn't.
Ancell 15 May, 2019 @ 9:46pm
Is this mod compatible with other mods on armor?
Eclipse 12 May, 2019 @ 6:19am
So colors doesn't work on vaniila buildings and clothhes?
Riki 4 May, 2019 @ 11:21am
I'm having problems getting my pawns to wear the flak uniform, it doesn't appear at all in the outfit tab [cdn.discordapp.com] so instead, colonists will always try to take it off since it can't be allowed. They have no problem putting on the marine armor, though, since it is in the allowed tab.
Any chance this could be fixed? Thanks in advance!
Ohu  [author] 13 Apr, 2019 @ 11:19pm
A patch would be required to support the new melee mechanics. Other than that you should be able to use the mod without incompabilities.

@Kolljak: I'll see how much effort that would require.

@Lurmey: Thanks for the info, I can change that with the next update. As for Change Dresser, it will be difficult to integrate without a specific patch on either side.

@Commissar197: Additional apparel is in planning
XerbuTheHutt 12 Apr, 2019 @ 7:49pm
Combat Extended Compatible?
Odz 12 Apr, 2019 @ 5:31am

Oh! Ohu has visited the steam workshop! I'm interested to see your developments!
CheifCommissar 10 Apr, 2019 @ 4:25pm
Can you add something more simple for workers like a jumpsuit you can color?
Lurmey 9 Apr, 2019 @ 11:29am
The Federation Armor (Camo) and Flak Uniform don't show up in Change Dressers. I've already let Kiame know just in case they can do something to fix it on their end. Another thing: since the Flak Uniform and its camouflage variant both only occupy the middle layer, does this mean pawns can wear the uniform *and* a normal shirt underneath? I guess it sorta makes sense... but normally you'd just have the BDU top as the lowest layer, no undershirt below it. Eh ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Kolljak 8 Apr, 2019 @ 12:11pm
wouldnt mind a support for the Spartan Mod.
Ohu  [author] 30 Mar, 2019 @ 11:24am
That is not possible atm, at least not in any easy way. If you want colors to differ, you have to change the flag color when crafting the armor, then set it back. Alternatively you could create your own red flag with a black tintmap. Look at Textures/UI/Flags/ for reference. Any flag you put in there you can select ingame.
ATarkovsky 29 Mar, 2019 @ 1:12pm
How do I color the armor without changing the flag color?

Like if I want a red flag, but green armor?
Lurmey 27 Mar, 2019 @ 1:08pm
Well, I mean it would *work* just fine but it wouldn't allow separate zones of control or influence right now.
Lurmey 27 Mar, 2019 @ 1:08pm
They're probably talking about Zetrith's Multiplayer mod. In which case, no it currently wouldn't work with that until Zetrith implements players having separate factions. Right now, every player that joins is under control of the same one player faction.
Ohu  [author] 27 Mar, 2019 @ 9:53am
That depends on what you mean by multiplayer? Right now it's only for the player's faction. Are you referring to the Phi Multiplayer mod?
Seiza 25 Mar, 2019 @ 7:21am
Is it multiplayer? It seems great for dividing zones of influence
Ohu  [author] 21 Mar, 2019 @ 12:48pm
It will probably come in an optional patch for the base module, so you can decide whether you want the factions to look more uniform or not.
Gpac1231 20 Mar, 2019 @ 4:10pm
So are you planning to have the other factions have random colored flags? If so that would be awesome. I always love being able to tell where a group came from without checking the faction info.
