My goto cab/cockpit is Eikester's (DX11) Cockpit. Amazing how the overall look of these types of vehicles change with the different cockpits available to us. I had not posted mine because I use mods and, you know, whiners. Maybe I can produce a decent screen shot.
About the blocks in the respawn screen...did you mean the preview pic? If so, the game pulls the thumbs from the game directory and unfortunately mods do not install images there. If you meant something else Lemme know and I'll see what I can do.
Only issue I have after several playings is that they show up as blocks in my respawn screen.
I'm really loving the minimalism of these pods, by the way. Especially the Intrepid. However, there's a teeny-tiny problem with it: the included oxygen and hydrogen bottles cannot be used. They do not fit through small conveyors, and the connection between survival kit and O2 generator is a small conveyor. All other conveyor connections in the main chain between cockpit and main thruster are large conveyors - it's just that one combo breaker between those two blocks. And since there are no free ports on either the O2 generator or the hydrogen tank, you cannot finagle the bottles into the generator in any way.
