The bug at least is on your end tho, If you fight the regular fanatic that spawns if you have a bunch of cursed heroes and retreat the screams stop. But you're right about the balance, if that's not what your mod is meant to do then that's that. Ig i can modify the combat action and hp ammount manually.

This mod doesn't change the fanatic in any way other than which dungeons he spawns in. The balance and bugs from the fight aren't on my end.

200 hp on a roaming fanatic is kinda overkill ngl. Also, there's a bug where the screams that play during his fight don't stop if you retreat.

Doesn't remove the original Fanatic spawn mechanics (sending multiple heroes with the crimson curse) even when loaded at the top.

Finding the trinket stats and names is part of the fun! (I have no idea and did not write them down). I'm not sure if it sticks around. It rolls off of the normal fanatic spawn perse with the exception of the dungeon it chooses. So, it's possible it would disappear whenever the normal one does.

That would be fantastic. I am, however, no longer doing a ton of upkeep on my mods unless something REALLY blows up! If the mood strikes, or if someone else wants to come along and slap it together, then maybe. Thanks for the interest though.

I believe the issue is just that a level has already generated with the modded fanatic, so the uninstall mod removes that instance. It should be fine after that one.

Game runs fine thx. I should have read the description more carefully. If I unsub the uninstalling mod, does the game crashes?

Game crashes(runtime error) when I enter dungeon selecting screen. The mod has been working without any problem, and I also gathered all additional trinkets. Crash occurred after I disabled the mod. Game does not crashes if I able the mod again, however all additional trinkets are gone. Same crash happens when I cancel subscription. I haven`t subscribed any other mods recently. Any possible solutions?

Well, it doesnt work for me. The fanatic icon was in ruins, i went to warrens with 2 cursed heroes and he still spwaned. The mod was second in load order, i changed it to the first. Will check, waht happens now.

Depends on your loading order, but there's a good chance they will overwrite parts of each other

possibly. mod conflicts are hard to fix. try shuffling the mod order. may help

Well, I didn't run and re-engage. I beat the first one with little difficulty but was unprepared for another.

I'll recount what I can. The dungeon was champion level weald. Roaming fanatic was said to be there, and I entered with 4 infected heroes knowing that he was going to show up anyway (giving me the loading screen.)

As for mod conflicts, I had the Doomsday mod on, and they were also a potential spawn in that dungeon at the time. Thing from the Stars was also potentially there. I'm thinking what might have happened, was that the initial fight was the guaranteed one caused by the infected heroes/loading screen, and the second one was Doomsday or Thing From the Stars being overwritten by the mod.

Interesting. This mod doesn't change the spawn pattern of the fanatic after choosing a dungeon, so it shouldn't be changing that. That may be another mod, or a bug with running from the fight and then re-engaging.

I got multiple Fanatics in the same dungeon. I'm pretty sure that isn't intentional, and it's the only thing I can complain about with this mod.

I was fully prepared for the first, but was not ready for another, so I nearly party-wiped.

XML should be within the mod file. Unfortunately, I'm only capable of providing the English translations so the others will most likely be blue text or the english words.

Got a problem. Trinket names appear in blue with special " _<>" . I think it's because my game is in french. Can I got Xml for traduction ? :)

You'd have to be in the dungeon that the banner is in, but I think the chance is pretty decent. Could just be bad RNG. Seems to be working for others. I'll see if there's anything that changed

Hey, the mod looks great, but something strange happened to me when i used it: when i was fighting the Fanatic, i destroyed the pyre, and he used the attack to put one of my heroes in the pyre EVEN after i destroyed it, and then the game crashed... could this be another mod confliting with this one? (I use one mod that make the bosses a little more "tankish") Any help will be appreciated ^^

it works with anything that doesn't directly change the fanatic fight or spawn rates

no idea. I'd say it's probably however the vanilla fanatic works which i think is no unfortunately. it can be done, but it might take a compatibility patch

Disregard my previous comment: on a subsequent quest, the Fanatic did in fact show up in a hallway battle when I got the appropriate loading screen. Not sure why he didn't spawn the first time but all seems well now!

Really neat idea for a mod! Unfortunately, I ran into an issue: the first time the Fanatic showed up in the loading screen for me, he never actually spawned in any of the dungeon hallways (I did make sure to explore every inch). Did encounter the Collector, though.

It was a short Champion Warrens dungeon. I've already beat the Crimson Court - might that have something to do with it?

This mod is pretty good i must say,while i'm late to the party it's still fun to be roaming around a dungeon and then this guy just bursts through the wall like kool-aid man and attacks

also the thumbnail made me laugh for a good 2 minutes

it was the cove but it also happened to me at the warrens it was champion difficulty and yes it showed me at the loading screen also if it helps i activated the dlc and mod mid playthrought

that's strange. it's probably another monster mod/ overhaul that is on top of mine in the mod load order since mine reduces any other spawning chance to 0%

Yeah, I've gone into several dungeons and so far I've only fought him twice - I NEED him to survive, for the cures and his trinkets of course.

hmm that's weird. This mod removes the need for cursed heroes, but it should still spawn. Could just be terrible RNG. The intro screen will still show him, but as long as the icon is above the dungeon it's probably just a bad luck thing.
