as a side note, if thats not really viable, would it be possible for you to make this work with the hives expanded mod in terms of being able to recruit the Praetorians as well? they appear as allies but its impossible to talk to them to recruit.

I set up an outpost within the fog, assuming it'l be a safe haven from any raiders and potential attacks for when i piss off the major factions.
Didn't expect my own kin to "raid" me in the thousands. Except they... Didn't harm anything.
They arrived at my base, as allies, then they started screeching and turned hostile but didn't attack anything or loot.
Weirded with thousands of "hostile" fogmen wandering my base for a whole day, being careful not to accidentally click on any of them when directing my workers. They eventually got bored screaming at my workers and left. The wandering fogmen were still friendly though.
