The background glitching is a side effect I don't intend on patching, but since you said the speed wasn't working properly I'm worried 1.4 may have broken the configs.

that glitches the background while "tripping on the space" the parallax don1t stop moving to every horizontal vectors/directions, but it takes lot of time to travel for me.

Just click "Subscribe" and wait for it to download, then go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\211820\1684132619" and you should find the mod's files

Short answer: No, they don't. The mod should still increase travel times as long as the host has it installed.

Long answer? It helps to have the mod installed for everyone on the server to prevent issues with client-side interpolation (but its not required, it only just makes animations look more smooth)

Usually reading the crash logs will help. Even if the game doesnt crash, there are logs generated during runtime that will report all of the issues the game has. If a mod isnt working you can usually find some hints in those log files. It might take a bit of programming knowledge however to understand some of the error messages.

Because who knows when your first thoughts while you add new mods that makes even something with teleportation,and after that something breaks,but it was just FR and FU got into one mod,so previous FR just died

Yeah, sorry about that. I dont use FU so i haven't bothered testing to make sure the mod works with FU. It should work with most smaller mods, just not overhaul mods like FU. Those mods have lots of compaitibility issues and I can't really be bothered to deal with them.

Oh yeah,Actually after few attempts to fix it,I found that it was rpg growth,that conflicts with FR,my bad,but well,it was working fine for hour,I typed about it,and after some time it appeared to happen again
