Xcom can still be gifted by allied Military City States even you don't have any xcom buildings. Is there any way to fix it?

I have a issue it says missing dependencies I do have Brave New World installed but when I look in the dependencies theres a Block thing Any help would be highly appreciated.

I think, that XCOM Headquarters Wonder could grants 2 free XCOM units and XCOM Garrison Building - 1 unit.

Would it be possible to accentuate the differences between XCOM buildings slightly, say by making XCOM units cost more gold and production, but giving better XCOM buildings bonuses to production when building XCOM soldiers?

Xcom garrison should have a special effect so its not the same as Xcom Outpost, something like free Xcom Squad appears near the capitol

Do you think adding a global bonus, that assisted everyone regardless of contribution, would make this a strongly needed resolution? I.E. once the wonder is completed, barbarians spawn half as often as before the Initiative?

This is a great idea, the whole thing about the XCom Initiative was that it was supposed to be a multinational initiative for the good of Earth, not any single nation. Kinda wish somebody would make a mod with powerful late-game alien barbarians that would spawn on the map regardless of borders.

@Jakkalz Rember that Silver gives both the Bronze award and the Silver award, so you are getting much more city defense than the Bronze winner. Also, the resolution award dynamics are poor so there isn't very much to work with.

Hey, I love the idea of this, but what's the difference between getting silver or bronze as they both allow for the same thing don't they? Shouldn't silver give a the bronze reward in another city of your choice somewhere or something? Thanks anyway though, it's great :)

Id vote for one of two changes -
Silver gets to build in all cities; OR
Gold gets to build in only one city.

You have no idea how useful this is, despite being the best Civ in the match and having the largest cities, I always get beaten by some weaker civ that somehow got more production.
Does this mod require having the original enabled or should I disable it and enable this only?

Really nice mod, but what would take it over the top, would be if you added actual aliens via the barbarians. Have them start showing up all over the world after, say, year 2015, slowly at first but increasingly more intense. Actually give the world a reason to work together on this project, as opposed to "race ya to the finish guys!" and then whoever can build the most quickly wins game. Give the XCOM boys a reason to exist aside from just being a beefier unit than the rest.

Who knows, perhaps you could even flesh out a fully functional mod scenario with alien attacks and the XCOM base? Just food for though, oh great and wonderous modders of the world. (please make it happen :D )
