It ultimately has to do with the order you subscribe your mods. Both players need to have subscribed them in the exact same order. It's a Steam Workshop thing.

In a modded multiplayer match, you'll need to make sure each player has the exact same set of mods, and subscribed on Steam in the same order as well.

Sorry, that merged mod was made private, as it took credit away from both mod owners. There is currently no proper way to use these 2 mods at the same time.

I would recommend dropping Enhanced Tooltips, because it doesn't affect gameplay, is still missing a lot of important info, and can have other unintended side-effects as well.

@Timmetry where can i find your mentioned mod? I looked in your profile's workshop contributions and couldnt find it.

If anyone was having issues with this while also using the Enhanced Tooltips mod by pillers, I created a merge of these 2 mods, so you can use both without conflicts.

This is likely what was causing this mod to "stop working" for some players, because it wasn't showing the correct bonuses on the character stats screen, although it SHOULD have still been giving the correct bonuses in-game. But this way there's no confusion.

Mod works great, but I keep having to unsubscribe and resubscribe to it to get it to work again. Otherwise it simply stops working after a few runs and the game goes back to using the normal scaling.
Anyway to fix that ?

Did a minor tweak update for the latest patch. The Character menu changed a bit with the update, and I needed to merge some of the new code in.

It shouldn't affect this mod's scaling.

@Wolfheartmaster, I haven't had this issue myself.

Please try the following to see if it works better:
1. Unsubscribe from this mod, then re-launch the game
2. Re-subscribe to this mod, then re-launch the game
3. Start a new profile with only this mod enabled
4. Try joining multiplayer now.
5. If the above works, try enabling your other mods one at a time and seeing if they work.

I cannot really debug this issue unless I can reproduce it myself, but my best guess is that my changing the in-game mod description goofed up how the game identifies the mod. If that's the case, unsubscribing and re-subscribing will probably resolve it.

Other than that, my only other thought is that there's an incompatibility with another mod. This mod replaces some of the main game files in order to provide different scaling, so things can get weird if other mods try getting fancy with those same files.

seem to be having problems with multiplayer. me and my friend played together with this and other mods. worked fine. the next night we tried playing again, didnt change anything. kept saying we didnt have the same mods. worked after turning this mod off though.. even though we both have it...

What happens when you try to use the mod? What do you see? Does it do anything?
Do you have any other mods enabled? Have you tried disabling other mods and running it standalone?
