No, none of the custom maps require any DLC (to my knowledge at least) Here is how to play the map:

1. Subscribe to the map (the green button, it starts downloading automatically after subscribing)
2. Start Dying Light (choose the "custom game" option)
3. Click on "Play custom map" and the map should pop up :meaty:
