All HD mods made my game crash while playing smoothly. As soon as I uninstalled these mods my game doesn't crash anymore

(About that potato issue - I can't afford a certain MSI gaming laptop I was looking forward to get. My grandparents, which are very kind, were going to try to get it for me if I manage to stay in college for the rest of the school year, and trust me, it's getting hard to actually want to stay.)
