is it possible to create a mod that allows Flood Barriers to be built AFTER the flood has come in?... i dont see why that would be an impossible task IRL... that way if you take over a sunken enemy City you can build a flood barrier to bring that city back to life

Hey Blade, do you have any mods on or is that just high graphics?

Steam likes to unsubscribe me from discussion threads of my own mods, so please only comment on the "Climate Balance" collection page for these from now on. Thanks. I won't see what you write here anymore.

Doesn't appear to affect save games. Saved game, subscribed to mod, re-loaded the save but the flood barrier cost was still the same.

Keep up the good work, enjoying your mods.

Would it be possible to make a mod that allows for the purchase of flood barriers with gold?

here is a city that hasn't finished building one. the option to finish it is completely gone

not sure if this is working correctly with latest update. i used the multi queue to choose cities to build flood barriers. now new cities and other coastal cities can no longer build them. they don't even show up in the build option?

Updated and fixed.

@Insanitys Muse: there was an error in this mod which prevented the cost scaling from being restrained properly. Fixed it.

Is there any non-obvious mod that would conflict with this? I have this subscribed but when I finally unlocked flood barriers in my latest game, they had the default crazy scaling cost (150+ turns for most of my cities because I'm also using the increased flood tiles).

I have a few other mods installed but I don't know enough to say for sure they conflict or don't, but I wouldn't expect it to.
