Agree completely with Zwappa on the fact that other items come from other games, movies and books - take the dragonborn helmet for example

I have never played runescape, but I googled the "Runescape's Warlord tunic" like you said. Its the same idea indeed, but it is not the same. And if you look to workshop items, almost all can be found in movies, games or books. So by reporting this I think you are a bit overreacting.
