How is it theft? Its online so its public to use, intellectual property is real property so copyright is illegitimate and authoritarian.

I might be wrong here but I don't think that using someone else's mod in a freely available mod pack is considered "theft". Not that it isn't considered poor form, but theft? Come on.

1.) If the steam workshop description does not state whether it is allowed or not, it is NOT allowed. That's how licenses work.
2.) You can ask, but without an answer, it's still a NO from the author.
