Tripwire replied to me they would see if they can still updated the list, the reply was they are not sure.I wouldn't hold many hopes of this becoming white listed.

I have sent a message to Tripwire asking for them to white list the mod.
The reason why the game shows vanilla menu after you verify files is because the game replaced the KF-Intro map to the default one, so you need to install the menu mod again and overwrite the files if you want the moded menu.
The reason the game returns to modded menu after a game when you return to lobby is because you still have MainMenuClass=KFMainMenuCLS.KFMainMenuCLS in /System/KillingFloor.ini, just replace it with MainMenuClass=KFGUI.KFMainMenu to get the default menu.
Mind you, after I verified game files the first time the bug happened, the game now starts in it's vanilla menu, and when I start a game with the vanilla menu, progress is accounted for - everything normal, right?
Weird thing is - after the first game, the vanilla menu switches to the modded CLS menu, and with it - the bug returns.
I tried re-installing the game, but that doesn't work.
For now, my only solution is to manually remove mod from the files...which is going to be a drag.
it would be cool if you made a hud mod for KF, since the old hud gets boring pretty fast
