Are you subscribed to all necessary mods used by the blueprints? Sadly you have to do that manually. They should be listed on each individual blueprint page.

Me and a few other people are using these blueprints regularly and we haven't encountered such problems yet. If it still persists after checking the mods, please point to blueprints that are problematic.

my game is saying this modpack is not useable, along with the gondola, and the locomotive pack
