Spent many hours trying to figure out why I couldn't lower terrain with my terraforming tools after installing this.
After taking an hour to load every mod individually, I found that the mod "Rotate Brush" by TPB conflicts with the Unlimited Landscaping Mod. If both of these mods are active, you will not be able to subtract terrain, you can only add terrain. If you are experiencing this problem like I was, you need to disable the mod "Rotate Brush" if you have it.
Might work in editor but worthless in game play. I unsubscribed, game works as expected.
Vanilla brushes work, as do the brushes included in the mod, but custom brushes always build in the same direction of the game grid. (i.e. does not rotate...despite the indicator showing it moving)

How to Find Broken and Bloated Assets
You can check for all broken mods
However the issue is it throws a null overflow error with no details when used in the map editor along the edge to create a sea along the border.
I tested this with the following steps:
Ensured it wasn't just the game being fun by disabling all mods and assets. No error.
I enabled the mods I know I'll use in the map editor. Threw the air again.
Disabled all the mods except this one (my bare minimum to make awesome mountains.) - Threw the error.
I disabled it, no errors.
I installed the old rotate brush tool and it worked like a champ.
I wish the error it gave me had details as its easily a conflict however given it was the only one active it probably isn't.
This mod works just fine in normal play mode.
I know its frustrating to have zero help from the reporting tools.
There are no conflicts. I use almost 120 mods without conflict.

Don't have much time lately for modding but I will try to update it soon for the ELT issue.
