this is flandre skarlet's wings from touhou, however these are unlikely to be added by valve mostly because the misc came from a girls japanese anime, so.. yea.. dont get me wrong theres also plenty of reason why they shouldent add it but.. i appreciate the effort the creator put it, im not saying i hate it or anything.

Perhaps you could put a spin on the design? I mean, flandre's are lights on branches, yours are also lights on branches...with white hands. I'm no genius, but perhaps you could come up with something more spy-esque.
