I was actually thinking of changing the HP regen to be "out of combat only". But yeah... There's also the Race Traits mod if you want extra stats with them!

There is a Blue Chemist (crewmember) and a stimpack already in the vanilla game for a Jump Boost! As for the other effects, "Angelic" and "Angelic Healing" (Angelic healing is just the same as normal regeneration but with a name change and) will not be available as stimpacks, and are strictly bound just for Angels. Sorry! I hope you understand that part.. However, I'm not sure if there is a food or stimpack for a limited No Fall Damage effect, since that effect was already in the game's vanilla files.
Oh..? The original mod HAS the racial buffs already added, if that's what you mean!
