there is a error for if you do a b6 twin turbo engine swap, for where it wants 2 oil filters.
LIT 20 Jan, 2021 @ 10:28am
Are you uninstall it now, or no...?

The 3 rear drive shafts are little bit out of place but that is minor, so is the front strunts touching the fuel tank. The dealbreaker for me is the rear exhaust going through a belt and the crankshaft pulley.

cool mod dude :) its really well made with the modelling
Martin JH 27 Jul, 2020 @ 12:07pm

I live in America. These cars were not available here (not that i would ever have a way to come into contact with one anyway hehe). I'm vaguely familiar with the car. I know a LOT more about American muscle cars than i do European sports cars hehe

i thought people knew the real car has the oil filler like the gas cap on the outside and would look for it
david 17 Jun, 2020 @ 5:26am
All's well that ends well. :)
KrystalSkye70 17 Jun, 2020 @ 4:09am
THANKIES for those images! I NEVER would have found them without those. I wasn't expecting them to be so far forward from the engine location. Those images should be posted in the car's description, so other clueless builders like myself will know where to look. I love the car, and I had fun with it, and NOW it's 100%, and I could send it to the dyno for the first time. Woot!. Thankies again for your help with this!!
david 14 Jun, 2020 @ 9:14pm
I'm on a 55" screen so easy for me to see. And the screenshots open in a browser to see better. In game you may have to rotate a bit or zoom out. Zoomed out you can still see them if you rotate to view from back (transmission in front of engine). If you still can't find them maybe try verifying game files. It's a strange setup due to the engine used but it does work as K 3 intended. :)
david 14 Jun, 2020 @ 9:09pm
Couple of screenshots to show this works. Both oil filter and filler cap are in the same location. A little hard to find until you know where to look - must be in engine disassembly mode to fill with oil and remove oil filter, assembly mode to install oil filter.

I still haven't. I'[m trying. This makes me sad. I upgraded lots of the parts, I'm very curious to see what the dyno shows, but there's no oil in it, so I can't do anything.
david 13 Jun, 2020 @ 8:11pm
Yes, engine view as in where you remove parts of the engine. Hope you get it sorted. :)
KrystalSkye70 13 Jun, 2020 @ 4:01pm
And yes, I have EVERY DLC. I seriously want to see what kind of power output the things have, but that's impossible with no oil, and I am seriously struggling with this.
KrystalSkye70 13 Jun, 2020 @ 3:58pm
I've got screen captures showing what I see. The big issue with the car not having an oil filter, is the car requires one for 100% complete. It's sitting at 99% because the Oil Filter is missing (according to the list of parts on the Build Sheet). I have TWO of these cars, but I can't even test them at the Dyno, because they have no oil in them. Engine View means you click on the engine as if to add or remove engine parts, yes?
david 13 Jun, 2020 @ 7:50am
Make sure you're in engine view and the oil filler cap should show up on the right side of the body. You can't get to it from other views. If that doesn't solve your problem I have no idea - works for me. As for the oil filter, maybe try the engine stand? Can't really remember if it has one. :)
K 3  [author] 13 Jun, 2020 @ 5:20am
do you have the porsche DLC ?
KrystalSkye70 13 Jun, 2020 @ 3:58am
Ok I seem to notice a couple posts which say something about a "Service Set." I'm unfamiliar with such a thing. Can someone explain where this is? Maybe that is why I can't find a place to put an oil filter, or a place to put oil in the car.
KrystalSkye70 13 Jun, 2020 @ 3:55am
Um...than why am i NOT able to locate where it goes during building? there is NO "ghost" oil filter anywhere. Not only that, but there is NO way to interact with what appears to be the oil filler cap, as the game just indicates that location as "Body." Which is why I asked if there was some sort of trick., David. Thankies for being so helpful, though, even though I did read his comment.
david 10 Jun, 2020 @ 10:30am
@ KrystalSkye70 he answered your question 6 posts below yours. :)
KrystalSkye70 10 Jun, 2020 @ 8:43am
I'm running into an issue with the oil filter/filler cap. I cans ee where the filter appears it should go, but when in Build-mode, there's no "outline" of it, so I can't click to add it. Also, I don't get an option to click on the filler cap to even put oil in the engine. Am I doing something wrong? Is there some strange "trick" I don't know of? I can't complete the build at 100% without these two.
The Cow 21 May, 2020 @ 11:17am
Nevermind, you just need to take off the front bumper.
The Cow 20 May, 2020 @ 10:53am
I can't seem to reach the brake servo in the front of the car. It says it's accessible from the engine bay but the engine bay is in the back of the car and is too far from the servo to remove it.

I like it just as it is :D
K 3  [author] 19 Dec, 2019 @ 3:56pm
its lighter than the actual car to make up for the lack power of Flat 6 in the game, next update when we get HP in the Config it will be fixed :cms18engine:
Goozeman 19 Dec, 2019 @ 1:08pm
Just rebuilt one and I have a question - what did you set the weight of the car at?
The reason why I ask is that I decided to fully tune this car as the power was rated at 251 hp.
Ended up at 457 hp. However on the track I had trouble braking because it was so fast. Seriously this car is faster than V12's! Managed a 51.9 sec lap on the vanilla racetraqck, could have been quicker if I really tried.
Collecting parts at the scrappy now, the next one I find is for keeps. Lovely car :D
K 3  [author] 1 Aug, 2019 @ 9:32am
the oil filter and filler is on the chassis itself for the older B6, when in the engine bay look to the right of the car
Sussly 1 Aug, 2019 @ 6:47am
Nice car. You need to swap to the twin turbo to get the oil filter connection and the long oil filler tube. That is OK, but after the swap the B6 oil filter appears in both the left and right parts list columns. Since you can only put one filter on, I am stuck with a 99% rebuilt. Any chance the parts list could be edited to include only one oil filter?
zillioncats2000 4 Jul, 2019 @ 1:22pm
can you find it in salon

K 3  [author] 20 Apr, 2019 @ 10:21am
every B6 can be swapped in the car, and the car comes with the non turbo B6 in-game because its the closest to the real engine
Looking4JekyllbyHyde 19 Apr, 2019 @ 6:45am
so the orginal engine for this is the b6 twin turbo do you think we cam add that into the list?
mr_andry777 8 Apr, 2019 @ 2:26am

Capt. Carrot 8 Apr, 2019 @ 2:19am
Fuel tank seems to be clipping with the front suspension. Can this be fixed?
The Mechanic 6 Apr, 2019 @ 7:24am

Will 6 Apr, 2019 @ 12:54am
good car but hard to find, thanks k3
david 1 Apr, 2019 @ 10:38pm
Starter has to come off before gearbox - from memory starter is located in engine bay on top instead of underneath. :)
Playtubers 1 Apr, 2019 @ 8:49am
i have a problem i can't remove the gearbox
LaurentR 31 Mar, 2019 @ 2:47am

K 3  [author] 30 Mar, 2019 @ 11:43am
In the service set, its under the rear right fender, where the oil fill cap is
Karl 30 Mar, 2019 @ 11:21am
Ok. Understood. And where exactly can i plug the oil filter?
K 3  [author] 30 Mar, 2019 @ 11:05am
Will fix the rear window issue later in the day, im moving right now and didn't have time.
Karl 29 Mar, 2019 @ 6:09pm
Beautyful Car! But where is the Rear Window? I cant find it. And where can i plug the Oil Filter?

You little lollipop, the inventor of Porsche was Ferdinand Porsche and he was born in Czech Republic, and he escaped to Germany. So do not talk like you know something. I'd rather learn some automovite history and fill your mental cavity.
