"다만". 동일한 내용을 다루는 모드( 있는지는 모르겠습니다. )가 있다면,
그 모드보다는 위에 있어야 합니다.
그래도 추측으로는, 모드가 위에 있는게 Xml 정의 부분에서
조금 괜찮지 않을까 싶긴 한데. 실제로 실행해보는 과정에선 어디에 있던지 큰 영향이 없어서
림월드의 로드 과정을 전부 뜯어보는게 아니라면 자세히는 모르겠습니다.
모드를 잘 사용하고 계신다니 기쁩니다.

unfortunately, Rimworld's armor rating system are not very detailed.
so if you need it, find some peoples( not me, and good at c or something )
and talking with them for making a replaceable mod.

2) on my test environment, this mod work on pawn's( colonist, animal, etc ) skin and armor.
i think it's still the same.( from Rimworld 1.0 )
3) is currently. i doing mod maintenance( it's not a duty or mission, just a habit of me )
it mean i doing only update at Rimworld's version update.
so that opinion is welcome for me.

somewhere are still showing 200% or higher. but i forgot to where are they.

unfortunately, this mod was made when Rimworld 1.0 version
therefore, the XML provided in the current version and that there will be some difference.
so most ideal way is remake a this mod, but I gave up on Rimworld Modding.
i am doing only maintaining the status quo.

pawn's skin armor rating system use same system
so it can able to over the 200%p armor rating at skin.
but with out durability( skin will be better than armor, if value are same )
if write <ArmorRating_sharp>200<ArmorRating_sharp/> it
Sharp vs armor rating is 20,000%p in game
although the notation is in percentage( GUI ), the actual value is a real number.
very high armor rating will ignore damage, but those damage going to
armor durability.( maybe vanilla function ) but if put those value at
pawn( like colonist, animal, etc ) It's work like armor, but without durability.

yes if armor have 200%p armor rating.
mod are no purpose, when armor rating are less than 200%p
I haven't played vanilla Rimworld in a long time
so I don't know armor rating 200%p + is a reachable number or not.
maybe works. because, pawn's armor rating calculate many things, include pawn's skin, or other clothes. so Rimworld not showing "highest" armor rating.
