Plenty of plans to upload a fixed version. I'm just pulling off now 4 jobs and kids which makes it slow going.

Thats been an elusive issue that I've been working on fixing. For some odd reason the alpha transparency isn't working correctly. I have a good idea as to how to fix it, but I'm up to my neck with work and kids (plus I'm updating ALL of Ghosts planets).
Also when I asked if you are able to get them looking right, I was referring to making the rings look like... rings. Instead of a solid beige disc.
Can you start a new empty world with just this mod on and place the planet and see if this is the case?
When your working with stuff like this, you usually keep a copy of the original in case if everything goes to hell, a copy of what you last released for reference, and a current version that your working on. This is like 10 gigs of stuff with all the planets and version I work with.
I've accidently uploaded older versions, including the original by mistake.
Can you add a kill layer to Saturn at some point, so that it's impossible to actually fly down to the voxel surface?

I really wish i knew how to make DeeDee (2014 UZ244), as it is the one stellar object i can't find on the workshop. :D
You could try contacting AbeAlpha, as he is also working on planets atm.

For sure, one modpack (not world), containing all planets would be a godsend.

I also have to recreate or edit some of the textures, especially with some of the height maps which have had some strange issues, like having them no longer properly match up with each other leading to seams.
Another thing I'm doing is editing them and adding in new content and features. With Saturn, I've got some additional modifications which I think will be greatly enjoyed when I release the next update.
I've been having a hell of a time trying to get it fixed on my end, as the alpha transparency isn't working like it should. I've got someone to bug on helping me with that particular issue, so stay tuned.
