Well then try to verify game files. Alyx face texture is supposed to be included in the game

@zoe the vixen you may need to use this: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=339700362 or some other hi-res rebel reskin, because i don't know much about modelling so i can't add a mic or make my own version of hi-res rebels
