I like the mod, daggers are, after all, 1 hand weapons.

Thank You

Could you please upload this to Nexus?
If it's updated/compatible, I would immediately use it and endorse it.

In advance; thanks.

It still works on my game, I've had this mod forever. I also have all the DLC's.
Mars Al'Ghul 14 Feb, 2013 @ 10:19am
Just wondering if this mod is outdated, or if it still works with the current DLC's.

Great mod, imho. Favorited and subbed. I made a new toon based on Author's idea of dual-dagger wielding, heavy armor-wearing combatant. Swords are nothing more than daggers with longer blades, anyway, so makes perfect sense to me.

this also works great with the mod combat fists v. 1.35 - thank you!
Haya-jii-san 24 Apr, 2012 @ 10:09am
It is working. Thank you for the reply, your support and mostly your effort making our game better. We, your fella co-gamers / beta testers, salute you :)

Mr Author of the mod, could you care to explain if its updated or at least if you know of any mod incompatibilities your AWSOME mod might have ? Thank you in advance !
Haya-jii-san 23 Apr, 2012 @ 1:01pm
Any idea why it might not working ?? Maybe needs updating ??
Torinsoul 12 Apr, 2012 @ 4:19pm
could you put this on nexus ? for some reason i have a lot of problems with steam and chaning every thing over to nexus and i really loves this mod
Torinsoul 7 Apr, 2012 @ 10:17am
i was browsing nexus mod the other day a found a mod that gives all efects to all weapons like bleed out and critical im not posting it its not some thing im intrested in but try browsing nexus im sure you can find it
Joseph 31 Mar, 2012 @ 4:47pm
well truth be told I think daggers should do both Criticals and bleeding damage, I mean after all that's how many assassins would use them? hit pressure points or major veins and cause excessive bleeding?
Jester 24 Mar, 2012 @ 6:45pm
is this compatable with the leveling perks mod?
Baihu 24 Mar, 2012 @ 3:51am
I wanted this ever since I downloaded the Fist weapons, which are counted as daggers. I didn't want to be sneaky, I just wanted to use the freaking weapons! Perfect, thanks!
Belic357 22 Mar, 2012 @ 7:02pm
I am the same way. Love daggers. awesome mod!
Supinpa 22 Mar, 2012 @ 10:45am
planing on making a crit assassin while using poisons and duel wielding daggers. (ragnarok players will know where I'm going) nice little fix you did there btw.
booman 22 Mar, 2012 @ 10:12am
And i played fuckyoufrombehind assa too and i dont think its nerfd at all. With eq and perk you have 30*weapon damage output and with full sneak you are practicly invisible so step into some shadow corner and kill them all how they come. In my opinion it is mostly OP compared to no magic using warrior or bow only hunter.
booman 22 Mar, 2012 @ 10:04am
Nice idea but your arguments for mod are little toothless. If you really want to compare game with real life, you should make them useless against heavy armor in face to face combat and lower drasticly their damage because iam pretty sure that ill chop your hand or kill you with one blow of sword but you will do neither one of that with knife. So play what you want but dont say its logical. If you reballance dagger system completly, i will like to play it ;)
Mashed 22 Mar, 2012 @ 8:58am
The dagger weilding player always gets their weapons 'nerfed' in the tookus by nearly all game devs. They promote the option of developing such a chatacter (assassin, sneak thief etc) yet handicapp you for going that route. As far as I'm concerned, this mod or should I ditto "Dragondeathlord's" comment and say "patch"...evens the playing field because I will never be able to weild a +200 dmg dagger like you can a sword/battleaxe. There has to be compensation to 'fair game' somewhere...otherwise it "sucks" to be me (assassin sneak thief). I cannot in all reality, sneak up on everyone and leathily stab them in the back...there are still mucho group mobs out there I have to deal with, Swords and such help keep the mob at arms length...daggers need to move faster because they are almost a 'contact weapon'...the enemy is in your face.
SteelGeek 22 Mar, 2012 @ 8:06am
Hey dragondeathlord, lighten up Francis. It's a fantasy game. You can shoot an arrow at a dragons open mouth as he breathes fire on you, and you have a problem with someone wanting to use daggers? That being said, this does overpower daggers due to their speed.
nickkontos1 22 Mar, 2012 @ 7:49am
This mod makes daggers overpowered. The old version of the perk was the only thing stopping people from using daggers rather then swords. higher att speed = more crits.
dragondeathlord 22 Mar, 2012 @ 5:30am
TheWarburner Flameluvsturtles Daggers are not meant for stealth, you play to much D&D. So do I But have you ever bean in a Real Knife Fight? Or fenced ? LET me Answear that ,NO YOU Have not. The fact you can say that proves that. Most Daggers are not Stealthy there SCARY that there POINT! To back some one Down. A Baseball bat a better weapon more likely to kill. Better reach. But no wear near as Scary. That Why People USE KNIVES TO FIGHT!!
Common64thave 22 Mar, 2012 @ 5:29am
This gonna make me fight with daggers as well as the egyptian? :P
dragondeathlord 22 Mar, 2012 @ 5:19am
Fully agree A lighter Weapon is more precise. Why people would Fight with a dagger in there off hand (as the Accracy Compensated). The Whole reason there suposed to be good at sneak Attack is bc of that Accacy !!! To tell the truth I thought Bladesman already Did this!!!
TY as far as I am concered this is a PATCH, a major Fix! Not a MOD! On the stupidest combat error in the GAME Thank you! If anythink there shoud be a perk that affects daggers more than swords.
Inbasis 21 Mar, 2012 @ 4:34pm
I think it makes sense as daggers are a form of blade, short at that but still, and the sneaking is just meant as precision and fatality on close range when the victim is unawere, really (as bows are accuracy based too). A blademaster should be able to extract more dmg from a dagger than an axe because of the wielding technique used.
TheWarburner™ 21 Mar, 2012 @ 4:10pm
I agree with Flameluvsturtles. I am not saying it's bad, some people will like this, but to me this is more of a cheat. "But it doesn't give you infinite attack power HURHURHUR." So what? Still a cheat. Diffrent people think diffrent things are cheats.
Sunless 21 Mar, 2012 @ 9:07am
i -->like<-- the mod, but im not dowloaden, mods give me lag when fast traveling to much
Ebithril 21 Mar, 2012 @ 1:48am
Yes, we know that daggers are meant for stealth, but how about that moment where the enemy makes an un-expected turn and goes like "TASTE MY STEEL!"
I honestly haven't dabbled in daggers myself to much, but I got a gut feelnig this ain't to OP, and it seems to make sense. :D
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bonus orb 20 Mar, 2012 @ 2:30pm
Ehhh... the idea of the dagger is that the stealth perks are supposed to make them powerful. Daggers are not for combat. They're for sneaking.
Irongamer 18 Mar, 2012 @ 10:19am
nice, i play as an assassin and only use daggers, they WERE a little underpowered :P
