I'm not, I've checked over and over and im not, and it still is glitched.
Make sure you are not using any other mods that edit the survivors' models.
That happens when you play on online dedicated servers, that have their server settings "sv_pure" set to "sv_pure 1", which won't allow custom re-models of survivors, or infected to be used.
In a nutshell, public servers do not allow in-depth modding.
