If you are missing textures, then try installing Zombie Panic!: Source and then go to the main menu of Garry's Mod and check the box for ZPS from the list of installed games with compatible/shareable assets.

I came across some maps on outpost31.com that label the various rooms of the main building. One of the rooms says greenhouse so that is what I put there. I agree it is a nice little tie to the 1951 film although not an intentional one on my part.

In the storage room, where MacCready breaks into to get back inside, what are the shelves from? I'm asking because when I decompile the map they appear as missing meshes.

@HEXFYR As with all Garry's Mod maps you can play this in single-player using the sandbox game mode. You will have to play multiplayer to play the zombie survival game mode on this map.
