Some Servers wont allow you to spawn it, Beucase they have prop protection or they just dont have the car, You can always find a server or just spawn it in single player.

I do, and the light appear to be floating, there is no car there.
Maybe its because "props removed due to spam" comes up?

yea, workshop fails to download this when subscribing... addon header invalid. this applies to all of your files too... not sure why. would be nice if you could provide alt download link for files.
